Make sure the charging station is placed on a flat, open surface—uneven or cluttered surfaces can interfere with proper docking and charging.
Check if the mower has paused because its metal contacts are pressing too tightly against the charging station. Gently reposition the mower or clean the contacts if needed.
Inspect the wheels for grass clippings, twigs, or other debris that may be tangled around them. You can use the remote control function in the app to test wheel movement—if the wheels don’t turn smoothly, clear any obstructions.
Verify the battery level. If it’s below 15%, the mower may not have enough power to move or respond. Try charging it fully before attempting further operation.
Check the RTK signal strength. A rapidly blinking orange light or a steady red light on the RTK station means the signal is weak or unavailable. Ensure the RTK station has a clear view of the sky and is away from large metal objects or dense foliage.
Confirm that both the app and the mower’s firmware are up to date. Outdated software can cause unexpected behavior—check for updates in the app and install them if available.
Check if the mower is locked. If so, you’ll need to enter the correct PIN code in the app before it can operate.
Look for any error codes displayed in the app. Tap on the error message to see details and follow the on-screen troubleshooting steps.
