Display showing abnormal characters:
- Restart the mower and check if the issue continues.
- Check whether the battery is low. If so, recharge the mower fully, then test the display again.
- Gently clean the display with a soft, dry tissue or cloth to remove any dust, smudges, or moisture.
- Press any of the three buttons beside the display and see if the display responds normally.
- Perform a factory reset on the mower, then check the display again.
- If the issue still occurs, please record a short video of the display and contact your local dealer or the Roborock Customer Service Team for further assistance.
Display showing nothing:
- Restart the mower and listen for the power-on sound.
- If you hear the normal startup sound and the mower prompts you to enter the PIN code, the display itself is likely malfunctioning — this points to a hardware issue. Please contact your local dealer or the Roborock Customer Service Team for support.
