As logs necessary for troubleshooting will be erased after factory reset

Here are the steps:

  1. Press and hold the Mow, Home, and STOP buttons (the red emergency stop button on top of the mower) at the same time for 10 seconds.
  2. When prompted, enter your mower’s PIN code.

After confirming the reset, the mower will:

  • Erase all custom settings and stored data,
  • Revert to the previous firmware version,
  • Power off and then restart automatically.

Note: A factory reset can only be performed directly on the mower—not through the Roborock app.
