I Failed To Power On My Mower, What Should I Do Next?

  1. Install and power up the charging station
First, install the charging station according to the setup instructions. Connect all cables securely, then plug the station into a working power outlet. Confirm the outlet is live (e.g., test with another device).
  2. Dock the mower correctly
Place the mower onto the charging station, aligning it carefully using the correct docking direction for your 2WD model (see image below). Once docked, the mower should power on automatically. If it doesn’t, let it charge for about 2 hours, then check again.
  3. Inspect and clean the charging contacts
Check both the charging station and the mower for dirt, debris, obstructions, or visible damage on the metal charging contacts. Gently clean the contacts with a dry, soft cloth — avoid liquids or abrasive materials. Then redock and test again.
  4. Test after extended charging
If the mower still won’t power on after several hours of charging, try leaving it docked overnight. If it remains unresponsive, contact your retailer, authorized dealer, or the Roborock Customer Service team for further assistance.
