Why Does My Roborock Mower Vibrate Violently Or Have A Higher Noise Than Usual?

  1. Check whether the blades or blade disc are damaged, broken, or bent. If so, replace the blades and screws as needed. If the blade disc is broken or deformed, please contact your dealer or the Roborock Customer Service team for assistance.
  2. Make sure only one blade is attached to each screw. Attaching more than one blade to a single screw can cause imbalance during rotation—and lead to unusual noise.
  3. Confirm that you’re using official Roborock mower blades. Non-official blades may not fit properly or perform safely, and could contribute to noise or vibration.
  4. Move the mower to a different area and test it again. If the noise only happens in one specific location, inspect that spot for stones, sticks, or other debris that might be interfering with the blades.
  5. Open the Roborock app and check for any error messages related to high motor temperature. If you see one, move the mower to a shaded, cooler area and let it rest until the temperature returns to normal—then try again.
  6. Restart both the Roborock app and the mower itself (power it off and back on), then test once more.
  7. If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, please reach out to your local dealer or the Roborock Customer Service team for further support.
